CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Your safety and the wellbeing of our staff is our absolute priority at Royalty Painting Services. That’s why we’ve put together precautionary measures that ensure we all remain protected during this uncertain time.

Our entire team has been through Infection Control Training – COVID 19 (administered by ASPEN MEDICAL – Australian Government Department of Health).

Strict hygiene practice and general cleanliness are more important than ever right now. So, we will provide our exceptional services while ensuring that your home remains clean and sanitised throughout the project contract.

What we will do to ensure your safety:

We will ensure that our staff are fit to work and healthy. If any of our painter or subcontractors show symptoms of COVID, flu, or illness (or members of their family have symptoms), we will ensure that they stay away from work.

Every staff member of Royalty Painting Services has been thoroughly briefed and trained in hand sanitation. They will wash their hands with soap and wear disposable gloves while in your home.

All equipment brought into your home or used on-site will be thoroughly disinfected before entry. 

Our staff members use industrial-grade cleaning wipes and will dispose of them before leaving your home.

We will sanitise surfaces that are frequently touched through the execution of our work with antibacterial disinfectants.

What you can do to help us protect our staff:

Please let us know if family members show signs of COVID-19-related illness (or have tested positive for COVID-19). We will not charge a cancellation fee but will need to postpone your job while you or your family members recover. 

Our staff are trained to adhere to appropriate social distancing measures. Please respect this, and maintain at least 2-meters away from our team throughout the project. We recognise that this may feel odd, but it’s for everyone’s protection.

Please quarantine yourself for 14 days if you have returned from overseas travel, in line with the government’s advice.

Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We service the entire NSW region.

Are materials included in your price quotation?

Yes, all materials are included in our quotes for your project.

How do I book my first appointment?

Please use our online booking system, providing your contact details and an outline of the services you require.

You will receive a booking confirmation, affirming the dates and details of your job.

Then you can sit back, and wait for us to start.

How long will it take for the job to be completed?

We will always endeavour to complete your project in a timely manner.

Our average completion rate is around five days, but this depends on the scale of the project and the number of painters we employ to complete the job. Smaller jobs with fewer painters could take up to 10 days.

What brand of products do you use?

We only use premium-quality branded products.

For residential projects, we use:

Wattyl
Resene

For commercial projects, we follow client specifications.

What if something is damaged during the process of the job?

We have full Public Liability Insurance, offering peace of mind for you and your property. Our insurance policy covers injury to you, to us, and to any property damaged through our negligence.

What if I need to change the starting date of job?

Our online booking system gives you as much flexibility and convenience as possible. You can cancel or reschedule your booking with 72-hours notice.

We send you a text message three days before the starting day of the job to remind you that we are coming.

Cancellations are chargeable if you don’t  give us 72-hours notice.

How many painters will be working in my house?

We engage between two and three professional painters per job, depending upon the size of your home and the scale of the project.

Our priority is minimum disruption: we ensure an efficient, thorough service so that you can enjoy your renovated space as quickly as possible.

Royalty Painting Services is a multi-trade service company, specialising in painting services for the property-maintenance sector. Our expertise is in delivering high-end results for customers who are looking for high standards of quality, durability, and after-service care.

What We Do

Strata assignments – transforming buildings on the inside and outside with the minimum disruption to tenants and businesses

Commercial fit-outs – working with clients to create superb interiors for striking commercial spaces, shops, cafes, and public spaces

Insurance Claims – liaising with clients and insurance companies for plastering and painting services that are finished to the highest standards

Real estate – painting rental properties during or between tenancies, and maximising the appeal of a property For Sale. You want your property back on the market, occupied and earning the best possible rent as quickly as possible. We may able to start the job at short notice and work with traders and photographers, getting your property back on the market promptly.

We specialise in insurance-claim jobs – repairing damage by the tenant or to the building.

We arrange access directly with tenants; at their convenience. If the property is occupied, we will safely cover the tenant’s belongings and all surfaces to protect them from dust and paint. We guarantee minimal disturbance to your tenants.

Interior decor – high-quality plastering and painting by professional craftspeople, returning elegance and style to your living spaces

Exterior make-overs – maximising a welcoming curb-appeal for your business, office building, or home. We specialise in exterior dining areas, stylish shelters, sleek pathways, and steps

Pricing & Policies

How do you calculate your prices?

We base our tariffs based on materials and labour.

Our prices factor upon the premium quality of the materials we use and the superior expertise of our painters.

We strive to provide our services with a minimum of disruption and do everything we can to make your life easier; from our 60-second booking system to our upon request expert colour consultation.

When do l pay for the service?

When you make a booking, we’ll ask you to provide credit card details. We’ll only take payment once your project is 100% complete.

 

What is a Daily-Rate charge?

We recommend a Daily-Rate charge for jobs that come in at less than $1500. Our Daily-Rate is based on the labour costs for each of our painters.

Our Daily-Rate charge is particularly suitable for small jobs around the home.

Alternatively, if we’re liaising with builders and developers for high-end properties requiring quality workmanship at a daily rate, we’ll offer our services based on the cost of labour.

Do you have a minimum charge?

No.

However, we generally recommend our Daily-Rate charge for jobs that come in at less than $1,500.

Will l receive a plan of the work before the job starts?

Yes!

As soon as we receive your booking, you will receive an email of confirmation, detailing the scope of work to be done on your property or commercial premises.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes!

Please explore our booking system for the variety of services we provide.

If your job comes to less than $1,500, or if the job required is not listed on our booking form, we’ll recommend a Daily-Rate charge.

Our Daily-Rate charge provides one to four painters, for as many days as you need us.

Can l pay cash for services?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash as payment for the services we provide.

How does the invoice system work for commercial customers?

Once you make a booking for a commercial project, our system will email your Accounts department to collect appropriate company details.

Then we’ll generate your invoice on the agreed due dates.

Do l get an invoice after the payment is deducted?

Yes! Absolutely.

An invoice will be generated and sent to the email provided on the booking form after the job is completed.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes.

We’re fully compliant with all necessary Data Protection regulations. We will never share any of your information with a third party, and we will never hassle you with unwanted emails.

Do your painting professionals go through a background check?

Yes.

All of our employees are thoroughly background checked.

Your security is our priority, so we make sure that we have employment references and all government-franchised background checks on all staff.

Can I trust my craftsperson?

Absolutely.

Your security comes first. We background check all of our professional craftspeople before we work with them.

We’ve built our reputation on honest and dependable service. And we work very hard to maintain it.

Are your painters professionally trained?

Yes.

Quality is absolutely vital to us. We train our staff to meet superior expectations.

Do your painters go through a background check?

Yes.

We only employ painters with excellent employment references. We carry out face-to-face interviews and full background checks, reassuring us that we’re providing tradespeople with outstanding reputations for quality, reliability, and trustworthiness.
